An earring back cant be stuck inside your ear drum. The tympanic membrane (ear drum) would have to literally have a giant hole in it. If the membrane was perforated like that, you would be in major pain and bleeding. When your perforate your ear drum the pain is unbearable and your hearing is altered.
If you think your earing back is stuck in your ear CANAL, then you need to get to the hospital so that it does NOT perforate your ear drum.
